contents: Photograph of the printer Hendrik Nicolaas Werkman (1882-1945), with the 'Gezellen van de Blauwe Schuit'. He is one of the most important Dutch typographers. During the second world war he made a series of illegal prints for the association 'De Blauwe Schuit'. Shortly before the end of the war he was shot by the Germans.
