contents: The Jesse firm in Amsterdam had a printing house, bindery and bookshop. Bookbinder's equipment is on display on the left, on the right in the cabinets we can see the bottles of chemicals and in the cabinet next to them are paper and office necessities. There were hardly any bookshops at that time that only sold books.
