contents: The N.V. Lettergieterij 'Amsterdam', voorheen N. Tetterode, as the firm was called from 1901 onwards, was more than worth a royal visit. At the time of the publication of "Onze fabrieken en werkplaatsen" (Our factories and workshops) the factory was completely powered by electricity. At that time, there were 75 typecasting machines and 300 auxiliary machines, a work floor of 8,000 square metres in all and 240 employees.
