contents: The Reading Room of the 'Rotterdamsch Leeskabinet' (Rotterdam Reading Circle) around 1939. In 1940 the library was lost during the bombing of the city, but it was re-founded after World War II. From 1969, it has been part of the library of the Erasmus University.
