contents: Tuney Tunes, a magazine for the lovers of light music, top hits, film and show business of which the first issues appeared clandestinely in 1942. Bombing of the printing shop regularly interrupted publication. The magazine was published in Eindhoven which lies in the southern area liberated by the Americans in 1944. Up until 1966, Tuney Tunes was the favourite publication of a great multitude of teenagers who read it to bits each month. The Nazi band on this number shows, in addition to Hitler, Joseph Goebbels, Minister of Propaganda, and Hermann Goering.
