contents: To the left the Libra, designed by S.H. de Roos in 1938 for Lettergieterij en Machinehandel voorheen N. Tetterode,-Nederland bv. This Libra is a modern adaptation of the uncial letter: letters that were used in the manuscripts from before the Middle Ages. To the right is the Raffia, of 1952 by Henk Krijger, inspired by raffia. Both letters are examples of 'Manuals', types with a very personal and original character and in which the hand of the maker is, as it were, recognizable.
