contents: On his departure from Antwerp to Leiden, Plantin took a number of his most beautiful types with him such as can be seen in this edition by his son-in-law, Franciscus Raphelengius. The illustrations of all kinds of circular figures are done as woodcuts which required great skill by the woodcutter.
